All donations made to NYCMC are non-refundable. NYCMC is under no legal obligation to return a donation. We recognize that there may be exceptional circumstances. In such cases, please contact us within 15 days of the donation. NYCMC reserves the sole right to review and decide on returns on a case-by-case basis.
